- Dedicated support staff in business intelligence, RFP/database management, digital marketing, and creative services.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is an enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Managing Director, Digital Marketing, this role will be responsible for the execution and support of the digital marketing team in the areas of website content management, social media posting, and email marketing. This position will work collaboratively to support internal business partners, helping to promote content through digital distribution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, design and deploy emails marketing Virtus’ products, managers and capabilities via Eloqua and provide email support to our Retail and Institutional Sales Teams.
- Contributes to website content management for the Virtus Investment Partners website and its subdomains. Content management includes the uploading of assets and the creation of landing pages, adhering to CMS best practices for user experience, tagging, and quality assurance.
- Create and publish social media posts for Virtus and its affiliate accounts, working closely with Compliance to ensure compliance with the Virtus Social Media Policy.
- Contributes to website content management and quality assurance for Virtus affiliate sites.
- Identify areas for operational efficiencies.
Specific Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related digital marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems, with a solid understanding of content metadata.
- Experience with B2B social media (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) utilizing tools such as Hootsuite, Hearsay, or LiveSocial.
- Experience in the creation and deployment of emails via email marketing tools, such as Eloqua (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Hubspot.
- Successful track record of establishing and maintaining successful, collaborative working relationships with internal business partners.
- Proficient in HTML.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary Range: $64,000- $87,000
