The Private Wealth Marketing team creates and manages all Private Wealth-specific digital campaign and sales enablement efforts. The team is responsible for the execution of marketing efforts to support business line objectives. PWM Marketing works hand-in-hand with Senior Private Wealth Leadership to ensure that Marketing is consistently driving revenue growth and brand awareness in the US HNW and UHNW markets for Bernstein. Activities to support these objectives include campaign management, Advisor activation, digital advertising, content and social media management and PR.

What You’ll Do

The PWM Marketing team seeks an individual who will drive our personalization efforts forward to create unique and differentiated digital experiences for specific audience types. This person will sit at the intersection of sales, technology, and digital marketing teams, to identify and deploy tailored digital journeys and experiences for our clients and prospects, with the overarching goal of (1) generating more business for Private Wealth Advisors and (2) retaining existing clients. This individual will propose and execute on digital strategies to help support and bolster ongoing business line initiatives. This individual will also be responsible for reporting out on the success of these initiatives, using relevant KPIs.

A successful candidate will approach every project with a team mentality and create productive working partnerships across PWM departments, while maintaining accountability to key business stakeholders. The candidate should approach every business development conversation through a lens of “how can digital help?” The ability to multi-task and nimbly switch gears on a day-to-day basis is crucial to this role.

Primary Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Lead Private Wealth’s digital personalization efforts on both public-facing and authenticated site, with the goals of increasing web traffic, delivering best-in-class digital experience and deepening engagement with target audiences
  • Understand business objectives and needs, propose and activate personalized digital experiences to meet those needs
  • Build messaging and experience strategy across multiple channels that resonates with targeted audiences
  • SME on end-to-end digital client and prospect experience / journey
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technology and Legal/Compliance, to deploy enhanced digital experiences for both clients and prospects
  • Understand how to leverage marketing digital data capture to optimize specific channel experience, both on-site and off-site
  • Take a data-driven and agile approach to website optimizations
  • Recommend tailored marketing campaigns to support digital lead generation efforts
  • Partner with Marketing Data Analyst to enhance leadership reporting
  • Prove success and report out on initiatives using various marketing data capture platforms

Experience

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, with preference to Financial Services industry
  • Proven success in tactical deployment of digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Email Marketing and Automation to connect with existing clients and prospect
  • Experience in visually showing complex back-end processes to convey impact
  • Curious and inquisitive mindset with a problem-solving disposition
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and brings an understanding of how to manage key stakeholders to deliver critical business results
  • Team mentality and experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in using top digital marketing platforms such as Pardot, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target
  • Nashville or New York preferred
