We are looking for a hands-on, experienced, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute digital and social marketing programs that increase brand awareness and generate quality leads for Sycurio across all business regions. The candidate will lead our social media campaigns and strategy, and will be responsible for all digital channels including: Sycurio’s website, partner portal, SEO, PPC, content, webinars, e-mail, social, display and analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with multiple teams across the organization, including Product and Sales.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, with applicable experience on how digital marketing can be a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Experience with lead generation campaigns is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • In consultation with the Marketing Director, plan, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, content strategy, editorial calendar, and communicate social media schedule.
  • Plan, execute and maintain all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Administer the Sycurio website; building compelling content, making necessary updates and periodic design changes.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards and values across all digital platforms.
  • Customize content for key targeted audiences to optimize user experience.
  • Manage engagement and responses across all social media channels.
  • Identify trends and insights, design new and creative growth strategies.
  • Work with the BDR team create effective and compelling lead nurturing programmes.

Reporting:

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Demonstrate measurable results that are aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Analyze the performance of social media content and digital advertising campaigns, research digital communications trends, and adjust as needed to grow following and engagement.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other tools to regularly track and report progress and improve campaign metrics, effectiveness and ROI.

Key Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

  • At least three (3) years of job-related experience managing digital marketing and strategic content creation.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring successful digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • A creative thinker with a developed understanding of the need to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • A strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media standards and best practices, as well as recent trends.
  • An aptitude for content creation, and the ability to decide the needs of various channels and to coordinate and execute the best possible formats for each.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Creative, collaborative, and highly organized in your approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Thrives on creating business impact through understanding and achieving client goals.
  • High attention to detail, excellent time-management and organization skills.
  • Desires to learn, continuously improve, and adapt to market and technology changes.
  • Partners cross-functionally in an effective, friendly, and collaborative manner.
  • Has experience working with Hubspot.
  • Is experienced in popular digital marketing and web tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, Mailchimp, Moz, SEMRush, AdRoll, and Hootsuite.
