The Digital Marketing Specialist position is responsible for creating a digital strategy with the marketing team that will increase qualified leads into the sales funnel, analyzing digital results and make recommendations to drive better results, develop marketing automation campaigns and provide innovative ideas for enhancing marketing campaigns. This role is also responsible for developing and optimizing digital marketing assets, applications, processes, and campaigns to enhance the sales and marketing strategy for all divisions.

Essential Functions

  • Oversees the strategic development and day-to-day execution of digital campaigns through marketing automation programs and activities that align with the company and division marketing objectives.
  • Supports the function of marketing automation programs including setup, maintenance, targeting, testing, development, and optimization of campaigns.
  • Recommends technical solutions and provides ideas for enhancing marketing programs.
  • Reviews digital marketing reports and analytics.
  • Coordinates with marketing specialists and divisions to strategize marketing plans based on KPI analysis and ROI measures.
  • Monitors daily digital marketing campaigns and webpage metrics to determine the effectiveness of SEO solutions.
  • Maintains knowledge of market, social media, and industry trends.
  • Adapts marketing strategies based on evolving audience preferences and trends.
  • Other marketing duties as assigned

Education And/Or Experience

Requires an Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing. Education may be substituted by 4 to 5 years job experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
