The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to drive eCommerce success via digital tactics producing leads and revenue. You will be the go-to resource for guidance and launch of eCommerce promotions through close monitoring and tracking of promo performance and captured learnings to improve future promotions. You will help determine our social media standards and work to build a content engine to keep things fresh. Additionally, you will be driving and working on projects that make an impact on our customers in a collaborative and supportive team.
This position is part of the North America Marketing Campaign and Operations team located in Loveland, CO. While we prefer someone who can work onsite 3 days a week; we will consider remote applicants.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Driving digital actions to support eCommerce revenue growth and lead generation.
- Take part in the growth and success of the hach.com website including editorial content, features, operations, and reporting/analysis.
- Deploying digital tactics while working with an engaged, cross-functional team to drive eCommerce revenue, lead generation, marketing campaigns and other business objectives.
- Becoming the go-to resource for guidance and launch of eCommerce promotions.
- Supporting our social media presence through partnering with campaign managers, brand team, and subject matter experts to drive engaging content in a meaningful way.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other similar field preferred
- 2+ years of experience growing leads and sales through digital marketing, preferably in a B2B organization, utilizing organic and paid search channels to help drive growth.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (such as Google Ads, GA4, etc.) a plus

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
- The compensation range for this role is $70000-$80000 year. This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive pay/commissions] pay .
