Position Summary

Careforth is the leading caregiver support services company committed to empowering caregivers to keep care at home.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage our email, SMS, and automated direct mail marketing programs—using our marketing automation tool and CRM to convert, retain, and re engage leads and prospects throughout the funnel. This role will support and execute on the design, launch, and optimization of multi channel nurture journeys that deepen engagement, reduce discharge rates, and increase caregiver referrals.

What You Will Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize automated workflows (welcome, onboarding, re engagement, etc.) using the company’s marketing automation tool (Iterable); includes managing templates, data mappings, and channel settings.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders, design multi channel journeys to move audiences through lifecycle stages via email, SMS, push notifications and automated direct mail
  • Leverage intelligent audience segmentation using behavioral signals (opens, clicks, site events), lifecycle stage, and CRM attributes to deliver relevant and timely communications.
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to maintain data integration with Iterable; ensure accurate lead routing, campaign attribution, and UTM tracking.
  • Perform A/B testing (subject lines, send time, content, cadence, channel mix); analyze results and roll out winning variants.
  • Help define KPIs and present insights with clear recommendations; partner with key stakeholders to identify and automate high value touchpoints for active caregivers that improve retention and increase referral opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with list hygiene, consent management, and other regulations including CAN SPAM, TCPA, CCPA) and monitor inbox placement; manage suppression rules and preference centers.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You Will Bring

  • 2-4 years of hands on experience in lifecycle/digital marketing and/or marketing automation
  • Experience working with Iterable or other marketing automation platforms; SMS program management a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs with ability to use customer data to build targeted segments and dynamic content.
  • Strong Excel and analytics skills with (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, text/date functions, charting); ability to turn data into insights and action.
  • Experience designing A/B tests and interpreting results; ability to leverage AI to test and optimize content generation a plus, campaign optimization and procedural efficiencies.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and project management skills
