Full-service and fast-paced branding and communications agency, Well Design Studio, is seeking a confident, well-rounded, and highly organized Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is a driven, hard-working, and collaborative team player ready to jump in and keep up with the ever-changing world of digital marketing.
The Digital Marketing Strategist will work closely with the marketing team to ideate, execute, report over, and optimize paid and organic marketing tactics across multiple industries such as nonprofits, municipalities, B2B, and B2C clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategic oversight and relationship building for multiple brands and organizations, collaborating with the Chief Strategist/Marketing Director.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies for multiple clients depending on their industry, goals, and objectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals and challenges, and serve as a trusted advisor and partner in their marketing efforts.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimize campaigns to maximize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging social media content and advertisements for digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to assign, support, and manage contractors on the projects you are assigned
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of relevant Digital Marketing experience, with extra credit given to those with agency experience.
- Proficiency with leveraging social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Sprout Social, etc.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, TikTok Business, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Proven experience in executing email marketing campaigns and developing funnels to achieve marketing objectives.
- Understanding of public and media relations tactics as it relates to integrated campaigns.
- Experience handling large media budgets and developing insights based on campaign results
- Have a passion for social media, be an avid user, and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities, and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for internal and client relations
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
- Self-driven and passionate
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
