Position Description StudyPoint provides a unique service to families across the country: one-on-one, individualized tutoring with access to a proven curriculum and a national network of support.

 

Members of our Marketing Team spread the word about our programs nationwide, working as part of a tightly-knit group executing high-quality complex campaigns with an eye towards innovation. The Direct Marketing Specialist will oversee our direct mail campaigns and play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s marketing efforts. Responsibilities

  • Manage the continuous improvement of our existing direct mail campaigns
  • Work with the executive leadership to maximize ROI on our $1 million direct mail budget
  • Lead the production and deployment of current direct mail campaigns
  • Analyze campaign results to assess segment grouping performance and help determine direction of future campaigns
  • Lead thinking on campaign strategy to drive continuous improvement of direct mail efforts
  • Manage relationships with key vendors in our production chain
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales/customer service/marketing alignment
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates and other departments to maximize impact of all marketing channels employed by StudyPoint.

Qualifications

  • A strong intellect (and a Bachelor’s Degree)
  • A passion for marketing and business
  • A data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving
  • A strong adherence to A/B (or multivariate) testing
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to completing complex tasks
  • Proven track record of lead generation campaigns that drive revenue
  • Experience with Excel, and eagerness to continue learning that tool
  • Experience managing complex campaigns with multiple segments and data-management requirements
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships
  • Enthusiasm to learn and master new technologies and tools
  • An interest in fostering education and helping students succeed
