About This Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, B2B Marketing to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in team leadership, integrated marketing strategies, demand generation, and agency partnerships. With a focus on driving growth and maximizing ROI, the Director will play a key role in shaping our brand’s positioning and driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, integrated marketing, demand generation, and agency partnerships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive B2B sales growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and other channels.
  • Drive Enterprise Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, leveraging personalized messaging and campaigns to reach decision-makers and influencers effectively.
  • Drive demand generation efforts through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive business results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, and consistently optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Education And/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience leading high-growth marketing teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion for innovate technology products.
