About The Role:

As the Director, Brand Marketing at Feastables, you will be at the helm of our brand strategy, driving the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. This position demands a keen understanding of consumer trends, data insights, and the ability to translate these elements into comprehensive brand plans from start to finish. You will act as the quarterback for all branding activities in a fast paced environment, ensuring coherence and alignment across various platforms and campaigns.

The role requires a creative thinker with a data-driven approach and a proven track record of delivering results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement cohesive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and amplify our brand message. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy and brand positioning that aligns with Feastables’ overall objectives and the broader MrBeast brand
  • Lead the creation and management of marketing campaigns that effectively utilize all forms of media, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions
  • Collaborate with the innovation and product teams to ensure that new and existing products align with brand standards and meet market needs. Lead the go to market strategies to drive growth and best in class execution.
  • Work with the team to identify like minded partnerships across content, influencers and culture to build the brand and virality.
  • Manage market research and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and improve customer engagement
  • Oversee Feastables’ digital and traditional media strategies, staying ahead of trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and execution capabilities
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and consumer feedback to continually refine marketing strategies
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and efficiency
  • Be the steward of the brand internally ensuring all channels and departments are working towards the same brand vision and the brand personality comes across in everything we do.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creative thinking and effective problem-solving.

Recipe For Success:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a brand management or director role within the CPG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to develop strategic brand and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proven track record of leveraging consumer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, persuasive brand messages
  • Creative thinker with a strong customer focus and ability to identify and meet consumer needs
  • Deep understanding of both traditional CPG marketing tactics and modern digital media strategies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion and knowledge of the creator / social media space
