Summary:

  • Responsible for the design and operations of a world-class content supply chain fulfilling the needs of Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs at the time of launch and throughout brand life-cycle, committed to deliver high quality content, at lower cost, with greater accessibility across all geographies
  • Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve our goals in content management, including the evolution from a Global COE to global shared services
  • Working in close collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access stakeholders to ensure content development processes and output support the application of functional frameworks
  • Establish and ensure adoption of content process and standards

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Through change management and close tracking of KPIs, maximize improvements to quality, efficiency and accessibility
  • Increase content reuse, along with behaviors to make it possible – content translation, working file upload, image file rights, etc.
  • Establish and track KPIs that measure the efficiency and output of the content supply chain, in addition to the commercial impact
  • Lead selection and implementation of global technology and service solutions to support content supply chain (including consideration of generative AI, offshore content production, and modular content)
  • Veeva Vault PromoMats process ownership for all promotional and educational materials that require PRC review
  • Collaborate to map the evolution of Content Management from a COE to a Shared Service, focused on the needs of the stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and adapt global promotional review processes and standards
  • Partner to select the right mix of creative agencies and content production partners to deliver content supply chain goals
  • Stay abreast of the rapidly changing technologies and strategies in content management
  • Responsible for communicating, influencing, and collaborating with above-market and in-market functional leaders, I&T Commercial Applications team, platform partners, digital capability leads, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor peers

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or business field
  • 10 plus years experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with experience in commercial, Medical Affairs, or content management
  • Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders.
  • Dynamic leader who can transform vision into action and influence commercial leaders across the organization
  • Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Multiple years’ experience leading and managing teams in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances
  • Experience leading impactful change across an organization
