We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Digital Marketing to lead Guild’s B2B and B2C digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing online presence to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Oversee digital marketing channels (SEM, email marketing, paid social, content syndication, etc.) ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing tactics.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities are within budget and deliver maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $175,000-$197,500, as well as variable (bonus) compensation eligibility and company stock options.
