THE ROLE

We are looking for a Brand Marketing and Communications leader who excels in storytelling and is a creative problem solver, nimble in their approach, and excellent at working cross-functionally. As we focus on growth and building brand awareness in our current markets, we expect a unified message and a B2B/B2C strategy that has a strong voice and tone, mirroring our mission and core values. This role is crucial in driving our brand’s presence and ensuring our marketing strategies are aligned with our goals.


AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL

  • Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
  • Utilize various channels, including email marketing, social media, paid channels, and conferences; Utilize key KPIs (customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, etc.) and conversion rates to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead all facets of communications, including consumer and B2B.
  • Write and develop key messaging and marketing copy for high-visibility marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Create a constant stream of insights to evolve how we talk to consumers and strengthen our brand.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to create impactful sales collateral and materials.
  • Drive direction on localized strategies and marketing channels, particularly social media.
  • Optimize marketing tactics through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and experimentation.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
  • Use tools like Klaviyo and SQL to derive actionable insights and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee and mentor two direct reports, guiding localized strategies and marketing channels.
  • Lead discussions across teams to develop compelling and persuasive content, landing pages, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions for Mint House.
  • Review all content (photography, newsletters, emails, etc.) to ensure the company has a strong compelling messaging

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in brand or performance marketing roles, with several years spent in a startup environment and in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders and teams at all levels, across functions and drive change.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.

Compensation Range: $135,000 – $150,000
