Position Summary
In this role, you will:
- Empower: You will be responsible for managing and influencing though others within the organization while fostering a culture of creativity and empowering your one direct report to achieve their professional goals by taking on new challenges, learning new skills, and allowing space for them to present their creative ideas.
- Elevate: Grow the Options For All brand through developing and executing Marketing and PR strategies, cultivating relationships with partners and outside organizations, and elevate OFA’s reputation by identifying relevant award opportunities.
- Engage: Channel your inner creative and craft compelling content for various platforms, develop engaging lead-generation campaigns to attract new clients and partnerships, and highlight OFA’s success stories and impact.
- Strategize: While reporting to the COO, you will work closely with the CEO, playing a critical role in developing strategies to ensure his vision is implemented while elevating the organization’s reputation and impact in the community. You will measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Collaborate: Develop joint campaigns with partner organizations that support OFA’s mission and strategic goals. You’ll also work with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts and programmatic initiatives are aligned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing and PR experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or a related industry.
- Proven success in managing and growing a brand, as well as securing earned media and PR opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media, digital marketing campaigns, and PR efforts.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Passion for Options For All’s mission and a commitment to inclusivity and belonging.
- Ability to travel as needed for work-related events (including overnight travel)
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation
- Compensation is $90,900 annually
