Develops long-range strategic plans for assigned product or services, and manages the development of annual marketing and business plans at the Company level. Directs the activities of Brand Managers, internal resources and outside advertising agencies in order to meet stated business plans.

The Director of Marketing is responsible to drive market penetration strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning for our filtration and purification products. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on long-term market growth with a diverse product offering into the Power Generation, Food & Beverage and Water markets.

It is ideal for a strategic marketer with omnichannel marketing experience who understands the B2B2 business model. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic marketing expertise, brand strategy development and market research skills, with the ability to develop and guide go-to-market strategies as well as drive insight generation to create marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand and product position in the markets we serve.

This role will be on-site at our headquarters in Glasgow, DE.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Market Planning & Business Insights

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B2 landscape.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide omni-channel marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine value propositions and competitive differentiation that resonate with distributors, OEMS and end users.

Demand Generation & Brand Management Strategy

  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns that support direct and distribution sales efforts while building brand demand in targeted markets that strengthen the company’s brand presence.
  • Optimize digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, trade events and paid media strategies to create awareness, build the brand, and to expand OEM and distribution opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to craft compelling messaging, content, and sales enablement tools that strengthen go-to-market initiatives. Influence product roadmaps by integrating competitive intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with sales teams, product managers, and executive leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
  • Manage a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and optimizes market share. Drive strategic pricing activities with Sales Team
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, research firms, and media partners to enhance marketing impact.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports, and conference participation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, market research, or product marketing
  • Strong expertise in B2B2 marketing, OEM and distribution partnerships.
  • Proven track record in market analysis and strategic market mapping.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Previous experience in filtration or purification industries a plus
