Reporting to the CEO, the Director will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of the company’s growth strategy. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive lead generation, lead conversion, customer acquisition, and growth across all of the divisions and regions of the company.

Candidates can reside anywhere in the US with travel to other field offices.

Duties & Essential Job Functions

  • Set and implement the vision and strategy for marketing. Measure ROAS of online and offline advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and define multi-channel marketing campaign KPIs. Report on marketing KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rates, revenue per lead, website traffic, social media engagement, inbound and outbound activity, etc.).
  • Gather and synthesize all marketing spend at the brand, regional, and channel levels.
  • Identify issues/trends and make recommendations to improve Marketing ROAS at the brand level.
  • Oversee the optimization of the company websites to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with and manage marketing third parties, including agencies, designers, and developers to ensure the company’s marketing activities align with marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of online and offline campaigns.
  • Develop SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Develop and utilize technology to create marketing dashboards for consistency and insights. Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools and platforms are effectively integrated and utilized.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience working with home and commercial services businesses is a plus
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Demonstrated high level attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and how to centralize team resources
  • Ability to work cross-collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and HR
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
