Position Summary

The Marketing Director is responsible for the overall management of a Region and leadership of a team of Region Sales Managers. This role will be tasked with driving profitable sales results through the sales team.


Essential Duties

  • Development of region plans for each RSM team member to meet annual sales targets
  • Provide direction to the team for profitable agency growth and overall management
  • Uphold and promote company standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance across all departments.
  • Work Cross functionally with each department to create strong working relationships
  • Collaborate as needed with others within the organization on market trends and business needs
  • Develop team to enhance their crop insurance skills and knowledge
  • Analyze and understand market goals to drive strategic business growth partnerships
  • Act as strategic thought partner for National Sales Director

Skills, Knowledge & Ability

  • Strong track record of team leadership or consistent sales growth
  • Analytical skills and ability to make sound financial decisions
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage large region efficiently

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years Crop Insurance Experience
  • 5 years of sales leadership experience
