Duties:
- Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and messaging for existing and new product launches to maximize sales and profitability.
- Market Insights and Planning: Drive business insights through market research, competitive intelligence, and annual strategic brand plans, ensuring a clear understanding of market dynamics for the product portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to integrate brand strategy, fostering partnerships with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal teams to achieve aligned objectives.
- Resource Optimization: Optimize annual budgets and resources, leading demand planning for assigned products, and managing supply and allocation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related medical/scientific field required; MBA preferred.
- 8 or more years of marketing leadership experience in pharmaceutical industry specially oncology or urology; nuclear medicine industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in successfully launching new pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or life science products.
- Track record of developing and implementing unique brand strategies, effectively managing budgets, and assessing the impact of investments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid business and financial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
