Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Marketing to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and increasing market share through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a full time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Los Gatos/Campbell, CA.

 

Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On Experience

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management to align sales marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and deliver a recurring customer newsletter to drive product awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Organize a customer user group and facilitate regular meetings to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that resonate with prospects and drive conversion.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in sales marketing, content creation and customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of success in sales marketing roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $180,000 to $220,000 + equity + benefits.
