We have partnered with a provider of software products seeking a Director of Marketing with a strong Demand Generation background. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will lead the marketing team, driving the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand and generating demand. This position is critical to growth and success, requiring a dynamic leader with a proven track record in SaaS and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, and content marketing.
- Lead the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Manage a small marketing team and oversee the marketing budget.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for strategic accounts, leveraging digital channels, events, and content marketing.
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing activities, including lead generation, opportunity creation, and ROI.
- Work closely with sales, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors to support demand generation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS and demand generation.
- At least 3+ years in B2B digital/inbound marketing.
- Proven experience in scaling marketing efforts in startup or small SaaS firms.
- Strong project planning, strategic account marketing, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Hubspot and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $175,000
- Bonus: Up to 20% performance-based bonus
