About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to drive agent demand and engagement for Attune’s small commercial insurance platform through brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns within the insurtech or insurance industry, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and promote thought leadership with small commercial insurance agencies.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functionally to define marketing objectives, KPIs, and budget in alignment with company goals and growth targets.
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing content and collateral, including website content, blog posts, case studies, infographics, videos, and webinars, to engage target audiences and drive lead generation and engagement.
- Oversee the management of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in product positioning and messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distribution partners, industry influencers, and strategic partners, to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Track and measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics.
- Drive demand generation for the platform by increasing broker signups and encouraging broker engagement.
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the evolving needs of the business
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the insurtech or insurance industry, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns on a limited budget.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to drive marketing decisions and ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in a dynamic and competitive landscape.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 per year, depending upon the individual’s unique qualifications and experience. Additionally, this role offers the potential for a 15% annual bonus.
