SUMMARY:
As the Director over brand, and marketing services, you will be responsible for leading the brand marketing strategy aligning with the business objectives to build brand awareness and equity while also driving consideration and demand. You will also lead the marketing services team inclusive of creative services, content, social media, events and experiences. You will partner with the Go-to-Market product and marketing teams to create the marketing campaigns and corresponding assets to support their initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and deliver brand initiatives for the enterprise and Andersen Division, including message strategy, brand guidelines, campaigns, media plans and creative assets leveraging internal and external creative teams.
- Lead and deliver events and experiences that are inclusive of customer experiences at our locations, annual sales event, internal key meetings (i.e. senior leadership team events, annual employee events, operations summits), annual sales incentive program, and trade shows.
- Lead the marketing services team made up of creative services, content and social. Develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver Go-to-Market strategies.
- Manage and develop key customer insights that support delivering world class customer experience and provide relevant insights into product and customer marketing, RD&I, sales, and product teams.
- Serve on the Marketing Leadership team collaborating with peers and building a culture of engagement, empowerment, and accountability across our team while establishing and delivering to the marketing goals.
- Manage external agencies to support research, creative, and media work.
- Direct management of multiple managers, teams, and multiple agency relationships.
- Lead direct and indirect reports in cross-functional roles, including Marketing (Andersen Division and Enterprise level), Sales, HR, IT, Finance, and Business Teams.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred.
- 10-15+ years progressive marketing and sales leadership roles, including teams, budgets, and campaign development and media.
- Strong strategic planning skills and budgeting skills
- Experience leading creative and brand teams; agencies
- Demonstrated ability to lead “technical” marketing efforts and technology requirements
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Track record of attracting and retaining top talent
- Adept at developing strong relationships with colleagues and team leads, with an ability to align a wide range of perspectives on shared marketing and business strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills (to executives, with marketing peers, and to external audiences).
