- Homeowner-Centric Campaign Development: Construct marketing initiatives that resonate deeply with homeowners, utilizing insights into their preferences to drive conversions and brand loyalty.
- Financial and Resource Management: Oversee significant marketing investments, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
- Team Development and Leadership: Lead a marketing team with a directive to innovate and excel, nurturing a culture of high performance.

- Experience: At least 10 years in strategic marketing roles, with significant experience in B2C and/or D2C marketing, particularly in sectors related to home improvement.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills with at least 10 years of experience directing teams to exceed business objectives.
- Comprehensive Marketing Acumen: Expertise in integrating various marketing disciplines to achieve maximum market penetration and impact.
- Content Marketing and Social Media Expertise: Strong experience in developing content strategies and managing social media platforms to engage a broad consumer base.
- Electronic and Broadcast Media Management: A strong understanding is needed for oversight on in-house broadcast media negotiations, placement strategy and schedule delivery posting.
