Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, the Director of Marketing, Growth Strategy & Brand helps define and elevate our brand in the market. A key member of the Aramark SeniorLIFE+ growth team, responsible for crafting go-to-market strategies, building brand awareness, and positioning the business for long-term success. This role has leadership responsibility for the Sales Enablement Manager position.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and growth priorities, directing the Growth Enablement Manager in integrating sales enablement, content strategy, and competitive intelligence into brand positioning.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate us in the market
Brand Awareness & Market Presence
- Lead initiatives to build brand awareness through digital campaigns, PR, events, and strategic partnerships, while overseeing the Growth Enablement Manager?s role in thought leadership, social media, and industry conference presence
- Direct the development and management of client-facing content and creative assets that elevate brand visibility and engagement and support the sales force
Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence and Sales to launch new offerings and enter new markets, providing oversight to the Growth Enablement Manager?s design and delivery of sales enablement frameworks, proposal support, and pursuit strategies
- Own the development of marketing plans for product launches, including compelling messaging, content, and channel strategy
Enterprise Collaboration
- Work closely with enterprise teams and shared services to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals, ensuring the Growth Enablement Manager is advancing SeniorLIFE+ needs within enterprise systems, tools, and sales methodologies
- Leverage best practices, tools, and resources from other lines of business to enhance campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency
Performance & Insights
- Establish KPIs and track the effectiveness of brand and awareness campaigns, directing the Growth Enablement Manager to monitor sales content performance, lead qualification impact, and ROI on enablement investments
- Use data and customer insights to refine strategies and improve marketing ROI
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy, positioning, and growth enablement with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in building and executing brand strategies and market presence in high-growth or transformation environments
- Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and external stakeholders
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, and integrated campaign execution across digital, PR, and event channels. Highly effective at working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, balancing enterprise alignment with line-of-business needs.
This job may require 30-75% travel.
