Responsibilities:

Designing and staffing the Marketing Operations organization

Strategic planning across Finance, Sales, and Marketing

Setting marketing goals, budgets, and business processes for Campaign and Lead Management

Establishing marketing KPIs, reporting, and analytics

Managing MarTech administration, integrations, and marketing automation platforms
Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in demand gen and digital marketing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:

Salary range: $144,000 to $194,400 plus performance-related bonus and benefits
