About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing with a proven track record in both financial technology and enterprise SaaS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the adoption of our FinTech and SaaS products among target enterprises.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Market Analysis and Positioning:

    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within FinTech and Enterprise SaaS.
    • Define unique value propositions for our products, differentiating them in the market.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy:

    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  3. Content Creation:

    • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  4. Sales Enablement:

    • Work closely with the sales team to develop tools and resources supporting the sales process.
    • Provide sales teams with knowledge and materials to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
  5. Customer Engagement:

    • Develop strategies to engage and retain existing customers, fostering long-term relationships.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance satisfaction.
  6. Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize future efforts.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product marketing, with a focus on financial technology and enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of FinTech industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
