We offer operating and finance leasing as well as direct financing to our commercial customers. What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. You’ll own the complete marketing strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Job Duties:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Own marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization across all channels
- Lead and mentor internal marketing team members
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts drive qualified pipeline
Channel Management & Execution
- Oversee email marketing campaigns: strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization
- Manage digital marketing: paid search, display, social media, SEO, and website optimization
- Manage direct mail campaigns in partnership with vendors and agencies
- Coordinate with marketing service providers and agencies to ensure quality execution and accountability
Performance & Analytics
- Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for all marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Test, iterate, and scale successful campaigns across channels
- Report on marketing contribution to revenue and pipeline generation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SBA lending, equipment financing, or commercial finance (preferred)
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $500K+
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management and vendor management abilities
Preferred:
- Background in financial services, fintech, or lending
- Experience in lead generation for complex B2B sales cycles
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales/marketing alignment best practices
Compensation:
- $140,000-$180,000 + Bonus
