This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, OR. In-office expectation is 3 days a week.

About The Position

The Marketing Specialist I will assist in the execution of program campaigns and reporting. This role will support development and execution of campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and consumer retention. This position will follow existing established process to assist with campaign coordination, creative briefing, QA testing and campaign reporting. Work will be closely managed.


How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Supports execution of brand, promotional, lifecycle and triggered marketing to achieve engagement and financial objectives
  • Assists campaign execution process: creative briefing, scheduling, creative development, review, QA, deployment, and reporting. Strives for accuracy and timeliness in these efforts.
  • Executes testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Assists with marketing acquisition campaigns execution.
  • Performs basic reporting using existing processes.
  • Participates in vendor meetings and administration of deliverables.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

YOU ARE

  • Passionate about digital marketing and foundational understanding of industry.
  • Able to translate business objectives and actions into explicit plans and actions.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Able to organize and prioritize work and logically develop work plans, troubleshoot, solve problems in dynamic fast paced work environment.
  • Highly detail oriented, analytical, and skilled in working with data.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience planning and executing digital marketing programs, email marketing a plus.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications, eCommerce solutions, and analytics tools. Specific experience with MS Excel, and Omniture is desired. Basic HTML skills a plus.
  • Professional experience drawing actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Experience working with outside agency/vendor resources.
