Otter Products is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to join our spectacular marketing team in Fort Collins, CO! This role can work a hybrid schedule.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will use previous relevant work experience and understanding to execute the email marketing and database growth strategies for Otter Products to promote our brands and product lines to prospective customers, increasing sales and creating brand ambassadors through targeted email campaigns. You will play a key role impacting multiple brands including OtterBox and OtterBusiness. As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will develop and manage product and brand marketing campaigns end-to-end, utilizing email strategies and best practices to achieve trackable business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns, including proofreading, mobile optimization, audience segmentation, template upgrades using personalization, graphics advanced features and more.
  • Optimize email automation efforts through trigger building and nurture track development.
  • Build and assemble queries, creative briefs, emails, landing pages, list pulls, uploads and more.
  • Partner with eCommerce, Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate company-wide email marketing needs to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to align on content strategy and content needs to ensure email programs provide a valuable experience to recipients.
  • Support the Digital Team by identifying opportunities to better integrate, amplify and optimize exposure across paid, owned, earned, and shared touchpoints.
  • Ensure each deployment connects to brand, e-Commerce and/or company goals.
  • Responsible for tagging/tracking needed to track and enable analysis of campaign performance.
  • Report to marketing leadership on campaign performance and suggest improvements to overall email strategy based on results.
  • Develop and share insights from email and related analytics to speak to campaign efficacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, broader Marketing, and e-Commerce teams to help implement lead generation tactics to drive database growth.
  • Ensure secure handling and utilization of our email database records through application of industry best practices while adhering to data privacy laws.
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing degree preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of email marketing experience required.
  • Experience working with HTML, Photoshop, dynamic content tools, Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM), and email service providers (ESPs) required.
  • Digital project management skills required.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills required.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
