This job is responsible for working in close alignment with the Marketing Automation Specialist, designers, developers, and project managers to coordinate, build, set up, and send emails and digital communications through our marketing automation software.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Email Schedule Management: Ensure emails are scheduled and sent on time.

  • Email Campaign Management: Manage campaigns, obtain approvals, and ensure smooth project processes.

  • Email Building and Sending: Handle testing, proofing, setup, and sending of emails.

  • Email Marketing Program Support: Assist in program development, segmentation, testing, and deployment.

  • Email Reporting Coordination: Manage the coordination of email reporting.

  • Best Practices Implementation: Research and implement industry standards in marketing automation.

  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance performance and engagement.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by management for LEAF and other M&T Bank brands.

  • Risk and Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to the company’s risk and regulatory standards.

  • Diversity Promotion: Promote an inclusive environment that reflects the M&T Bank brand.

  • Internal Control Standards: Maintain internal control standards and address audit points promptly.

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s Degree and 2 years of professional work experience or equivalent education and experience.

  • Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience preferred.

  • Automation Platforms: Proficiency with platforms like Marketo, Pardot, or similar.

  • Skills: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.

Additional Information

  • Salesforce Knowledge: Working knowledge preferred but not required.

  • Compensation: The pay range for this position is $27.24 – $45.40 Hourly (USD) based on skills and experience.
