We’re looking for an Email Operations Manager to drive our email marketing strategy and own all aspects of our email communications, from setting up automated workflows to refining audience segmentation and conducting A/B testing.
As the Email Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns to drive growth and cultivate lasting connection with our subscribers. This role will be at the forefront of elevating our email programs and collaborate cross functionally to run seamless campaigns.
About The Team
Reporting to Director of Marketing Operations, this role will be a key contributor in supporting the Consumer Marketing team in our efforts to grow, capture, and sustain consumer demand for the brand, our products, and franchises. We strive to create seamless brand experiences and put our audiences first while reflecting the strength and spirit of our brand in our day to day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including setup, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows for email campaigns across the customer journey to acquire, convert, and retain subscribers.
- Create responsive and interactive emails and manage template library.
- Execute a robust A/B testing strategy for email marketing campaign, including experimentation with subject lines, content layout, CTAs, and segmentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage customer data for personalized email campaigns.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to maintain data integrity and ensure seamless system integration.
- Monitor and report on key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, list growth, and deliverability.
- Implement best practices for email production and audience segmentation.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience directly developing email strategy and cadence, with a proven record of deploying successful campaigns.
- Experience with email marketing technologies (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot). Experience with SFMC preferred.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Understanding of email regulations and compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Total Compensation:
$90,000 – $130,000
