Marketing Manager

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic, innovative, and social media-savvy individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary brand ambassador for our company, engaging with a diverse range of organizations, stakeholders, and community leaders right here in Flagstaff.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our Communications and Community Relations team, dedicated to fostering an environment grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect. Our ultimate goal is to transform our guests into raving fans!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct the development and execution of our advertising, social media, sponsorship and community relations campaigns
  • Represent the dealership at a variety of community events
  • Supervise our advertising agency, marketing and media partners to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Create motivating and relevant digital and social media content (store websites, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) that engages our audience and stimulates traffic
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to posts made by external customers
  • Utilize Google Analytics to improve the efficiency of our digital media
  • Create and proof-read all content, including posts, photography and video clips and company newsletters
  • Manage advertising budgets and select proper channels and opportunities for efficient communications
  • Coordinate manufacturer co-op budgets
  • Work closely with store managers, especially in the sales and service department to help develop leads and grow traffic

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently and maximize the workweek to help accomplish all stated objectives
  • Ability to represent the company in a positive, professional and highly visible manner
  • Ability to follow compliance requirements of the manufacturer and dealership
  • Ability to identify and develop opportunities for new business, sales and promotions
  • Five years’ experience in a marketing and/or community relations management position (preferred)
  • Four-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications or digital media (preferred), or a combination of experience and college coursework
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail minded
  • An eye for photography/design
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Automotive marketing experience is a HUGE plus
