In this role, you’ll be joining a dynamic team at the forefront of transforming healthcare data connectivity. Our team’s charter is to innovate and streamline the way healthcare data is shared and utilized, making a tangible impact on patient outcomes and industry efficiency. As a key player within this team, you will drive critical projects that enhance our platform’s capabilities, directly influencing how data is integrated and leveraged across the healthcare ecosystem. Your contributions will not only shape the future of our technology but also empower healthcare providers and researchers to deliver better care. You will:
- Understand customers and use cases in the health data and life sciences segments-
- Collaborate with GTM (go-to-market) to understand the different types of customers and how they get value from Datavant Connect (our product platform)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand the suite of capabilities that make up Datavant Connect and work together to describe how Datavant Connect solves our customers’ existing and emerging needs for data and insights
- Develop case studies to communicate the ROI that current customers are getting from Datavant Connect; recognize patterns and growth trends in certain use cases and make them repeatable through targeted campaigns
- Develop and maintain customer persona and associated value propositions as we expand Datavant Switchboard use across customer types
- Develop and execute on-demand generation programs
- Work with the Head of Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and BDR team to grow demand for our products and solutions
- Plan integrated campaigns that deliver compelling content to targeted persona and have an optimal mix of awareness, consideration, and conversion content
- Work with Enterprise Digital Marketing on campaign execution and continuous measurement to optimize funnel performance
- Report on campaign performance and overall lead generation results to leadership
- Set the partnership strategy for these customers to determine co-marketing opportunities at different levels of partnership
- Contribute to the growth of the Marketing team
- Contribute to the vertical Marketing team and by taking ownership of and driving high-priority projects
- Help build our team culture and continually improve our processes
- Adopt a nimble and flexible mindset that leaves room for quick pivots as new opportunities present themselves

What you will bring to the table:
- Smart, nice, and get-things-done (in line with our cultural principles)
- 8+ years of growth marketing and demand generation experience at a real-world data and/or B2B healthcare software company
- 5+ years in using marketing technology (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, social media marketing, email marketing)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to influence cross-functionally and lead within the team
- Creative ideas and strong execution skills to launch campaigns with stopping power that will 10x demand
- Keen intuition for understanding where use cases are in their maturity stage (including entirely new category-creating use cases) and developing appropriate content and go-to-market strategy
- Commercial orientation, market savvy, and effective past experiences working with enterprise sales teams
- Capacity to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and disaggregating big goals into concrete work plans
