Growth Marketing Managers play a vital role in customer acquisition for our portfolio of clients. You’ll be hands on with Meta, TikTok, Search and YouTube for some of the most cutting edge brands. This role works in partnership with a Strategy Director and Heads of Paid Social and Search.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Strategic Planning

You’ll develop an expertise of ad platforms and industry trends that add to client strategy and drive performance. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to elevate our approach. Ideal candidates are motivated to lead plans for a handful of accounts over time.

  • Coordinate Launches + Uphold Process

You’ll coordinate flawless, best-in-class account launches and optimizations across Meta, TikTok and Google. This includes client interfacing, internal documentation and maintaining flawless QA standards. Ideal candidates are detail orientated.

  • Analyze + Optimize for Performance Goals

You’ll be responsible for day to day ad account optimizations in relation to client growth strategy, pacing goals, and industry trends. You’ll use data to develop and scale paid campaigns to maximize efficiency and implement tests. Ideal candidates want to be a best-in-class media buyer.

  • Creative Analytics + Production

You’ll live and breathe creative. This role works directly with clients and the creative team, delivering insights, competitor analysis and recommendations for how to produce and design engaging ads. Ideal candidates care about consumer psychology and social media trends.

  • Client Communication & Service

You’ll own communication with clients alongside the rest of your pod. This includes: weekly agendas, performance plans, creative requests and any odds and ends that arise. Ideal candidates appreciate how clear communication and expectation setting can lead to good relationships internally and externally.

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience with hands on keyboard Paid Social and ideally Search channel management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of core growth KPIs such as: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, ROAS.
  • Experience with testing and reporting across strategies, creative and landing pages.
  • Proficient with Google Sheet/Excel formulas.
