Job Summary
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving strategies and initiatives aimed at accelerating user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our company. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as social media, email, search engines, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with analyzing key performance metrics, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and continuously improve our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and a proven track record of driving measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities % TIME
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. 10%
- Develop marketing deployment and adoption strategies for growth marketing including change management, communication, standard operating procedures, and other similar considerations. 10%
- Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM and partnerships. Identify areas for optimization and improvement based on data analysis and performance metrics. Recommend adjustments to campaign strategies, targeting, messaging, and budget allocation. 10%
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key marketing metrics such as leads, conversions, CTR, TOI, and customer acquisition costs (CAC). Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. 10%
- Implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base. Utilize data-driven insights to target and reach the right audience segments. 10%
- Design and implement A/B testing and experiments to measure the impact of changes in marketing strategies, tactics, and creatives. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign performance, the customer journey and conversion funnels to drive higher conversion rates and improve ROI. 10%
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends using analytic tools. 10%
- Collaborate cross-functionality with team such as marketing, product, sales, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and customer experience. 10%
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders utilizing strategic story telling to demonstrate business value and to inspire, motivate, and gain consensus to achieve desired outcomes. 10%
- Assist in forecasting and budget planning processes based on historical data, trends, and insights. Provide data driven recommendations for resource allocation, investment decisions and identify optimal campaigns to run. 5%
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing. Implement innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of competition. 5%

Qualifications
Education Required/Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience – required
Work Experience Required/Preferred
Typically 5+ years experience in growth marketing, marketing, demand generation, in/out bound marketing.

The salary range for this role is $85,500 to $205,200. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
