Pay: $25.49 per hour, or more, depending on experience.
Schedule: The regular schedule will be 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri.

Position Summary:
The Growth Marketing Manager will develop, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at significantly increasing our customer base while also retaining and growing engagement with existing customers. This role requires a visionary approach to creating and implementing growth strategies that seamlessly integrate digital marketing with traditional brick-and-mortar initiatives. The Growth Marketing Manager will inspire and lead a small team of marketing professionals, to drive performance and achieve ambitious growth targets. This position is part of the marketing leadership team and reports to the Director of Marketing.
Essential Functions:
- Create and execute innovative omnichannel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in a retail environment.
- Bridge digital marketing efforts with real-world initiatives to create a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize results.
- Hire, lead, supervise, train, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Conduct performance evaluations, assess and coordinate training and resource needs, and implement performance management.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
- Manage marketing budgets, financial planning, and expense control activities to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Work closely with marketing leadership, and cross functional peers to align marketing efforts with company-wide goals and initiatives.
- Identify, interpret, and leverage industry trends and customer behavior insights to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions.
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Strategic approach to planning and executing marketing initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of marketing best practices across digital and physical channels. Retail industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Absolute ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Current OR or WA driver’s license required.
- Must have access to reliable transportation and maintain a driving record that is compatible with company standards.
- Love of books and customers.
