What is this role?

As a Growth Marketing Specialist for Cirkul, you’ll work together with our Growth Marketing Manager and marketing team on the successful implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting our team’s efforts to drive acquisition.


What does an average day look like?

Driving Results

  • Work closely with Growth Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies for TV, YouTube, and CTV platforms to meet business objectives and targets.
  • Work closely with digital channel managers to understand the overall effectiveness of marketing programs at acquiring new customers

Taking Ownership

  • Become an expert of the video landscape – proactively staying on top of industry trends by conducting market research to identify key opportunities to test

Making Decisions

  • Accurately maintain media budgets and forecasts, making adjustments as necessary to align with business goals.

Cultivating Relationships

  • Work collaboratively with external agency partners to ensure proper execution of media plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, retail, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives.

Instilling Trust

  • Measure and report out on campaign performance, making data-backed optimizations based on business KPIs

Customer Focus

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and campaign strategies that are customer-centric and clearly communicate Cirkul’s value propositions

What background should you have?

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing campaign management with a focus on TV or video
  • Understanding of direct response media planning & buying on traditional channels is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Amplitude)
  • Eager to test into new advertising channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with and analyzing large data sets in excel/Google Sheets
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and a valuable team player
  • Bachelor’s degree

The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Watertown, MA office.
