Gently enables ALL retailers to provide delivery services that meet the expectations of modern consumers. Retail is stuck with legacy logistics infrastructure and partners that were never built for modern consumer habits. Gently changes this by turning delivery into a value add for retailers and customers alike. Consumers unlock lightning-fast deliveries from their favorite retailers without compromising on customer service; retail brands leverage a new channel with customers, increasing retention and revenue.

Tasks

  • Develop a B2B marketing growth funnel, and implement processes to ensure data-driven iteration and improvement of this funnel.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, new customer growth and market expansion through data-based decisions.
  • Lead strategy and implementation for Top of Funnel marketing, landing page optimization, lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Utilize an in-depth knowledge of digital channels, performance marketing, and media planning to enhance customer acquisition and brand recognition.
  • Leverage a network of agencies and freelancers, from creatives to experts in marketing, paid search, SEO, and PR.
  • Build data-driven case studies that will lead to future customer acquisition.
  • Manage outbound marketing efforts from advertising, AR/PR, Digital, Web, Social, and Events to drive visibility across stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B companies and at hypergrowth, VC-backed startup experiences
  • Proven history of driving exceptional campaign results, driving new customer growth and market expansion through data-based decisions.
  • Ability to understand buyer personas and align creative content and integrated marketing campaigns to an overall marketing strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in acquiring SME, multi-channel marketing and social media expertise.
  • Track record of driving exceptional campaign results, driving new customer growth and market expansion through data-based decisions.
  • Experience running paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Ads) – not just through an agency
  • Very strong knowledge of data analytics and tools (e.g Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Excel)
  • Experience in planning & executing marketing channel strategies and advertising campaigns required.
  • Experience in budget management required.
