CSC is looking for a results-oriented, self-starting Digital Marketing Director who can develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the global digital marketing team in strategy and ensuring successful execution of all digital channels. In keeping with CSC’s desire to elevate our brand within our target markets and increase overall awareness, this position will serve as the digital marketing expert on several leadership committees.

As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to refine and build our digital program to generate brand awareness and drive engagement that results in revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact on bringing our business units together and creating a global approach to building our brand through all digital platforms.

The candidate must have:

  • B2B marketing experience
  • A strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends and best practices, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social, email and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ad Words and display advertising.
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and ad copy/creative/targeting, including experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of analytic tools and ad serving tools necessary for campaign set-up and reporting

The incumbent should excel at developing and executing plans to meet internal client objectives and be a strong collaborator and relationship builder. It is essential that this person has an aptitude for “getting things done” and can work well both in a team environment as well as independently.

Some of the things that you’ll be doing:

  • Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
  • Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as, SEO, PPC, CRO, email and webinars utilizing data and analytics to support future improvements.
  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing return on investment.
  • Lead the digital team, overseeing day-to-day business operations, clearly communicating organizational and personal goals to the team, allocating and managing resources and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Support the continuous development of the team, ensuring they have the skills and capabilities needed to be recognized as subject matter experts across the wider marketing team.
  • Identify and analyze digital trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on that analysis.
  • Maintain the integrity of the CSC brand to ensure it is always represented well.
  • Set measurable goals and key performance indicators for all channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key peer colleagues across the organization.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing or related field in global financial services
  • Experience in leading teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders – including marketing leadership, marketing managers, brand & creative and communications/content teams.
  • Extensive experience implementing and working with marketing technology such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ON24, SEMrush, PowerBI and Optimizely.
  • Experience in the implementation of data and analytics strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of Marketing technologies and best practices.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and across multiple matrixed business units.
  • Ability to work individually on self-driven projects, manage and meet deadlines, and prioritize project lists.
  • Proven record of managing globally distributed teams / partners in delivery of objectives.
  • Comfortable effectively managing a budget.
  • Experience in translating business goals into marketing strategy and timelines.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadline pressure and in a fast paced, evolving business environment.
  • Flexibility and positivity when priorities change.
  • Comfortable in a collaborative open-work environment.
