We’re currently looking for a Head of Marketing to help drive Cake’s exponential growth by establishing a unified brand, boosting inbound sales, and fostering market credibility. So, if you’re a marketing leader excited about changing the future of AI, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute Cake’s marketing strategy, aligning it with the company’s business goals
- Develop and nurture a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences
- Drive the creation of a robust inbound sales pipeline, leveraging AI/ML product marketing expertise to optimize messaging and lead generation
- Cultivate Cake’s market credibility and reputation
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership to drive transformative success
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing
- 1+ year of experience at an AI/ML Ops or data infrastructure company
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in utilizing data to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Prior experience at a start-up or building a marketing strategy from 0 to 1
- Cake is an NYC-based company. We are hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office.
