Join us as our new Head of Marketing as you lead and oversee our Microbiome Lab’s Marketing department with a passion for achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. You will lead the end-to-end campaign strategy including clear definition of segmentation & personas, concept & content creation and production of key assets as well as managing offline communication such as trade marketing, collateral / point of sales development and sponsorship and event management. You will be a strong partner to sales by preparing presentations and presenting to customers. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue performance of the Company and establishing marketing goals and achievement.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

  • Working with Leadership to plan and implement short-, mid- and long-term strategy for the company including the use of forecasting, Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Product Lifecycle Management processes.
  • Managing Product Launch Strategy along with their Life Cycle Management.
  • Managing and reviewing SOPs to find areas to improve ease of workflow.
  • Approving expense reports for marketing employees.
  • Developing strategy and tactics to boost the company’s brand equity and drive traffic to our products. Channels will include the HCP, B2B, B2C, and Trade.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Developing various organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing marketing budgets, and that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
  • Building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide variety of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships between MBL and U.S. Distributors (Doctors Supplement Store, Kaerwell, Fullscripts (aka) Emerson and Natural Partners, and Amazon), to ensure brand equity is in line with goals and targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Affiliate Accounts and provide support for optimal growth.
  • Monitoring cases submitted by sales and customer service regarding orders, fulfillment, shipping, etc. to evaluate areas of concern and plan for improvement.
  • Encouraging and building company culture and provide leadership for the company.

To Succeed You Must Hold

  • Minimum 4-year Marketing degree: MBA is a plus.
  • 5-10+ years of demonstrated leadership and vision in managing marketing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of healthcare, CPG, B2B, and Trade Sales and Marketing.
  • Good Finance acumen.
  • Experienced in managing forecasting, Long-Range Planning and Product Life Cycle Management processes.
  • Creates and manages multiple projects concurrently.
  • Work with multiple teams to ensure objectives are met on time.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and to drive the business with a high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent presentation and organization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
  • Team and goal oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce results.
  • Must be able to travel multiple times throughout the year.

Expected salary range: $140,000 – $160,000
