We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can help us go from zero to launch within the next couple of months. In addition, you will manage and optimize our marketing/community processes, coordinate projects, lead new business initiatives, and contribute to the strategic growth of our brand.

This role is perfect for someone who excels at building systems, driving results, and coordinating between teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality. The Head of Marketing will be part of the founding team of the DAO and is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our mission while helping to scale the DAO effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and creator acquisition for CreatorDAO.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice that resonates with both creators and investors.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches.
  • Drive the creation of high-quality content, including twitter posts, blog posts, and other promotional materials to support DAO initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and partners in the web3 space to expand reach and drive community engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all community initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, project management, or community management roles, preferably in startups and/or web3.
  • Strong knowledge of web3 ecosystems, tokenomics, governance models, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
