The Integrated Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting an evolving and growing portion of our business, Manufacturer Solutions. This person will contribute to the growth of the program by creating, innovating, and guiding the media strategy and execution process, with a focus on paid and owned media.
They will lead cross-functional briefing meetings as well as weekly status meetings to ensure program cohesion across an array of internal players in support of multiple campaigns. A key component of this process will also be close collaboration with data/BI teams, to enable reporting across activations to power optimizations, insights, and further evolution of the program.
This person will also sit within the larger broad reach paid media team, providing support primarily for streaming video and audio as part of our larger acquisition strategies. In time, this person will be responsible for reporting for these channels on a regular cadence. As this reporting will help power optimizations, an intense attention to detail and comfort level with analysis is required.

Responsibilities
- Run a cross-functional and collaborative briefing, execution and measurement process across internal teams, crafting and leading strategic integrated plans designed to to effectively meet designated KPIs
- Lead the day-to-day implementation, management, optimization, and performance of campaign activities
- Develop presentations and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to management, cross-functional partners, and the broader organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across (but not limited to) creative, BI, data, channel partners, business/account managers
- Develop test frameworks and analyze performance
- Effectively manage deliverables, report campaign performance, communicate expectations with team and stakeholders
- Assist with reporting and optimizations for streaming audio and video
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a focus on digital paid & owned mediums
- Understanding of performance marketing and ability to work toward revenue and efficiency goals
- Familiarity with streaming video (OTT/CTV, OLV) and streaming audio media planning and execution
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- 4-year college degree or equivalent in work experience
- Preferred: Experience with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing
