We are seeking an experienced, motivated Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our growing, multi-location dermatology organization. This role plays a key part in executing marketing initiatives, supporting patient engagement, and strengthening our brand presence across events, email marketing, social media, and online reputation management.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on doer with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to grow their career in healthcare marketing. This position supports campaigns from planning through execution and works closely with internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives moving efficiently.

Requirements

Events & Community Marketing (Approximately 30%

  • Coordinate and execute internal and external events, including
  • Practice open houses
  • Cosmetic Events
  • Community partnerships and sponsorships
  • Conferences and educational events
  • Support event promotion, logistics, materials, follow-up communications, and post-event reporting
  • Collaborate with clinic teams, providers, and leadership to identify high-impact event opportunities
  • Ensure all events align with brand standards and broader marketing goals

Email Marketing & Digital Campaign Support (Approximately 30%)

  • Build, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns, including:
  • Newsletters
  • Promotional and service line campaigns
  • Patient education communications
  • Assist with digital campaign setup, quality assurance (QA), and ongoing optimization
  • Maintain organized email calendars and campaign documentation
  • Track and report on email performance metrics to inform future campaign planning

Social Media (Approximately 20%)

  • Manage organic social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement for assigned clinic social channels
  • Provide internal content (including events, providers, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments) to support organic social media efforts
  • Collaborate with an external social media agency, when applicable, to align on strategy, content needs, and performance goals
  • Monitor engagement, trends and identify opportunities for timely or reactive clinic content

Reputation Management (Approximately 10%)

  • Monitor and manage the organization’s online reputation across review platforms
  • Respond to patient reviews and feedback in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Identify trends in patient feedback and escalate insights to the Marketing Director and leadership as appropriate
  • Partner with clinic teams to support continuous improvement in patient experience and communication

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized workflows, calendars, and project documentation
  • Support campaign execution across multiple service lines and clinic locations
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external partners (e.g., designers, developers, agencies)
  • Assist with performance tracking and reporting across marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed on healthcare marketing trends and contribute new ideas to the team
  • Act as a flexible utility player—jumping in where execution support is needed

Required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in marketing or communications
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and social media management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or a multi-location organization
  • Exposure to reputation management and patient-facing communications
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Experience working with external vendors or agencies
