We’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter to join our NYC Creative Team. In this role, you’ll craft digital copy across a wide range of formats—from paid social ads and email campaigns to landing pages and brand messaging. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and marketers to produce compelling, conversion-focused work for innovative, mission-driven brands.
This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who have 1–2 years of professional copywriting experience and are eager to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop clear, engaging copy for paid social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.), email, landing pages, and websites.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior creatives to build cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
- Brainstorm and pitch new ad concepts, scripts, and taglines for a variety of DTC and emerging brands.
- Conduct audience and competitive research to inform creative decisions.
- Incorporate data and performance insights to refine messaging and improve results.
- Participate in internal reviews, creative presentations, and occasional client calls.
- Grow your craft through structured feedback, mentorship, and creative learning opportunities.
Who You Are
- You have 1–2 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in digital advertising, branding, or content creation.
- You’re a strong writer with a sharp eye for detail and a natural sense of voice, rhythm, and storytelling.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally.
- You’re curious, proactive, and excited to contribute ideas—not just execute them.
- You’re excited about using AI best practices to enhance your copywriting capabilities.
- You’re passionate about helping modern, mission-driven brands grow.
- You are NYC-based (or willing to commute) and authorized to work in the U.S.
