The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the tactical strategy and execution of Equip’s clinical lifecycle programs, with a dedicated focus on in-treatment patient engagement and retention. This role will serve as the subject matter expert and liaison to the Clinical team.

 

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will have a strong analytical mindset, be an organized team player who can effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization, and be comfortable working with ambiguity in new, developing areas of the business. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will also have the technical chops to work hands-on in Equip’s ESP, Braze. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, this role will be an individual contributor and will operate with the mindset that no task is too small.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end tactical and strategic support across Equip’s clinical lifecycle programs, serving as the Lifecycle team subject matter expert for all things clinical.
  • Create a comprehensive program roadmap with clear, measurable goals in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Clinical Programs, Clinical Operations, and Marketing to create a holistic and impactful content strategy.
  • Analyze, report, and communicate results across initiatives with actionable insights for future testing and optimization.
  • Balance clinical program adaptation with commercial growth to prioritize opportunities spanning across varying areas of the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of email marketing experience with a strong understanding for driving results across engagement and revenue objectives.
  • Ability to influence change and build consensus, including the ability to effectively collaborate across a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, including building CRM programs from the ground up.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations, including experience designing complex email marketing tests with the demonstrated ability to measure and drive actionable results.
  • Natural instinct for evaluating customer experience holistically, with an emphasis on balancing qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Strong sense of ownership in your work and business outcomes with the demonstrated ability to critically think through solutions that will yield the highest quality impact.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bias for experimentation and questioning of the status quo.

Physical Demands:

  • Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
