About the Role:

We are seeking an eager Manager, Enterprise Marketing to help advance Papa’s growth goals, with a particular focus on the health plan market. This candidate will ensure we are well positioned in all forums—from client meetings to conferences to online spaces—to help grow business with current clients and generate interest from the broader market. This person will work cross-functionally, supporting our Client Success team with marketing content for their client partners and will help ensure content is effectively reaching clients, decision-makers, and influencers.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise and content marketing. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and operate with both urgency and kindness. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create clear and compelling assets to support our Client Success team as they maintain and expand client relationships, including:
    • Copywriting and developing content (e.g., briefs, ROI primers, case studies, FAQs, etc.) that clearly demonstrate Papa’s value, unique capabilities, and opportunities for expansion
    • Supporting end- and mid-year business review master materials, including client presentations
    • Evaluating and evolving our client marketing toolkit
  • Oversee competitive intelligence and its cadence of updates, along with related materials, ensuring our assets are reflective of Papa’s unique market position
  • Manage Papa’s events presence and related activities, including identifying and securing conference sponsorship opportunities, coordinating involvement, managing swag and asset needs, collecting feedback, and more
  • Execute a webinar strategy that advances marketing and business objectives, working with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Manage direct-to-client communications, including our monthly client newsletter
  • Serve as a utility, hands-on player in a lean, high-growth environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise and content marketing – healthcare industry experience is a plus!
  • Strong skills in crafting written materials and presentations
  • Proven ability to monitor the landscape—competitive intelligence, industry trends and content, internal conversations, and more—to effectively communicate Papa’s unique market position
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple production timelines concurrently, with extraordinary attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing fresh and innovative ideas and content that engages industry stakeholders
  • Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
  • Inclusive collaboration style, a culture giver who has the ability to earn trust and foster positive working relationships
  • A positive, can-do attitude and sense of humor 
  • Preferred, but not required: Graphic design skills and experience 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or WordPress
