Position Summary:

Are you a relationship-builder that’s inspired by facilitating genuine connections with creators, brands, and their customers? Is telling brand narratives online through social and digital platforms a language you speak fluently?

We’re seeking an innovative Influencer and Ambassador Marketing Manager with a thorough understanding of the Influencer and Ambassador Marketing landscape to join our best-in-class digital team. In this hands-on role, you’ll support setting strategy and managing execution for Influencer Marketing and Ambassador/Affiliate Marketing campaigns.

You will champion Influencer and Ambassador/Affiliate best practices to drive measurable results trying back to business objectives.

A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of spearheading best-in-class innovative Influencer Marketing campaigns from strategy through reporting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a complex, matrix organizational structure. This person will execute influencer and ambassador programming goals, help set strategy, and collaborate effectively with a team of highly talented digital marketers. This is a remote opportunity with quarterly travel anticipated for team meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Influencer and Ambassador Marketing strategies that support brand strategies and business objectives
  • Execute Influencer and Ambassador programming at various levels from ideation through to optimization stages
  • Ambassador Marketing
    • Grow and scale existing programming
    • Setup framework for new programming utilizing category information, trends, and brand insights
    • Familiarity with using social ambassadors within effective and revenue-driving affiliate marketing
    • Experience nurturing relationships to build community (i.e. through CRM programming, Events, Facebook Groups/etc.)
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Optimize existing programming
    • Setup framework for new programming with creators of various sizes to make measurable business impacts
    • Execute Influencer Marketing programming
  • Social Media
    • Collaborate with social media (Paid and Organic) to ensure Ambassador and Influencer programming enters marketing funnel to maximize value

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in Influencer and Ambassador Marketing, preferably in a managerial role
  • Experience collaborating with Influencer agents, other agencies, and multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Influencer contracts, FTC guidelines, and structure/function claims with regulation
  • Familiarity with platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Podcasts, etc.)
  • Proficient in influencer marketing tools (i.e. GRIN, Taggr, CreatorIQ…)
  • Passion for Influencer and Ambassador industry and strong understanding of trends and how-to design impactful content

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance using industry KPI’s and benchmarks
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, make the most out of every dollar mindset is mandatory

The approximate pay range for this position is $100,000- $150,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
