This Marketing Advisor with a focus on Foundations and philanthropy is responsible for managing marketing planning and development for multi-platform projects, campaigns and initiatives for different foundation departments inside the St. Luke’s organization. Sitting within the St. Luke’s Communications and Marketing team, The Advisor collaborates with colleagues to design and execute marketing programs or initiatives with a focus on philanthropy. This role reports to the St. Luke’s Senior Director of Marketing and Brand.
What You Can Expect
- Responsible for multiple portfolios of work in collaboration with leadership and contributes to strategic decision making. Responsible for building sustainable working relationships across the St. Luke’s Foundation team as well as other areas in the organization closely aligned to philanthropy such as St. Luke’s Children’s and St. Luke’s Cancer Institute.
- Manages content channels with responsibilities for marketing schedules, styles and conventions in collaboration with peers across work groups to achieve desired outcomes.
- Consults, plans and delivers marketing products according to agreed-upon deadlines and in publishable form, subject to editing, copy-editing and other production conventions.
- Maintains a deep understanding of best practice standards related to marketing, fundraising and philanthropy communications. Advises of new practice approaches.
- Creates and implements marketing plans and supporting schedules and collaborates to deliver the supporting collateral to execute against those plans.
- Leads and facilitates work and deliverables with other team members and consults with peers across the department and colleagues within the larger organization regarding marketing needs.
- Serves as a subject matter expert to lower-level team members and is a key team member in projects. Supports progress to accomplish project milestones ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
- May review the work of team members and provide direction and training as necessary to achieve the department and/or system goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 6 years relevant experience.
