Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing and standardizing marketing data, building out reporting frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making across our marketing platforms. You will work with tools such as Amplitude, Google Looker, SQL, Segment, and Tableau to analyze data logs, create segment reports, and develop automated dashboards.

In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to support automation efforts, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate data flows across platforms like HubSpot and Iterable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize and streamline marketing reporting across platforms.
  • Pull apart and analyze data logs to uncover trends and insights.
  • Build segment-level reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards for ongoing reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Support marketing automation efforts in HubSpot and Iterable, including campaign management and lifecycle marketing.
  • Partner with sales and operations to ensure data consistency across systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Amplitude, Google Looker (Reports), SQL, Segment, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot and Iterable.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce a plus).
  • Background in building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and campaign performance analysis.

Salary

Salary range: $50,000 – $90,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role’s scope.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
