As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that will guide our marketing efforts to new heights. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56800 – $76700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels to identify trends and insights
- Monitor and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and website traffic
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, utilizing data visualizations and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives
- Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to refine strategies and drive informed decision-making
- Assist in the creation and roll-out of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build relationship management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing , business, statistics , economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2- 4 y ears of work experience in a corporate sales, marketing , or financial analyst role using data, analytics and insights in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio , and technical expertise regarding data models, data mining, and pivot tables, spreadsheets, and visualization techniques
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
